TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURAL MODELER (REVIT)+

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Technical Architectural Modeler with substantial professional skills acquired from prior work experience and education. This person works with the Project Manager/Senior Associate in the development of concepts which are incorporated into a final product in conjunction with the work of other architects and technicians. This position is also responsible for developing technical construction documents in Revit and coordinating with consultants.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work assignments are generated and checked by senior staff.
  • Develop original technical solutions for assigned tasks.
  • Capable of carrying out independent assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Involved in communication with consultants.
  • Involved in shop drawing review.
  • Reports to the Project Manager in charge of the assigned project.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Architecture.
  • 5-10 years of architectural experience, exhibiting strong detailing skills.
  • 5 years minimum experience in Revit as primary modeler and in developing technical details.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Strong verbal presentation skills.
  • Review and coordinate design and construction documents.
  • Works well under deadline pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Revit.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

LEASING TECHNICIAN+

This is a temporary full-time position with the potential to evolve into a regular status full-time position.

The Leasing Technician creates architectural tenant documents and assists in project administration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with outstanding communication skills, are needed to work in a fast-paced setting on a variety of retail projects.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Member of a team that assists in the coordination of completing architectural lease documents for assigned projects.
  • Reference architectural and structural construction documents to create architectural drawings for individual tenant spaces.
  • Identify areas for concern with code compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
