Documents Leader + Project Architect

Candidates must:

• Have a minimum 6 years of architectural experience (professional degree required)
• Have substantial professional skills acquired from prior work experience
• Have the ability to develop original technical solutions for assigned tasks
• Be able to carry out independent assignments with minimal supervision
• Be capable of assisting junior staff members of project team
• Be capable of reviewing shop drawings and perform site observation
• Retail architectural experience desirable

Additionally, Project Architect candidates should demonstrate the ability to:

• Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors
• Provide project management
• Coordinate project team including in-house staff and outside consultants
• Perform construction administration services
