Architectural Leasing Technician
The Architectural Leasing Technician will create architectural tenant lease documents and assist in project administration. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and outstanding communication skills are needed to work in a fast-paced setting on various retail projects.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Member of a team that assists in the coordination and creation of completing architectural lease documents for assigned projects.

Reference architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanic, electric, and plumbing) construction drawings for individual tenant spaces.

Identify areas for concern with code compliance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of architectural experience.

Retail experience preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
