The Architectural Leasing Technician will create architectural tenant lease documents and assist in project administration. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and outstanding communication skills are needed to work in a fast-paced setting on various retail projects.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Member of a team that assists in the coordination and creation of completing architectural lease documents for assigned projects.

• Reference architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanic, electric, and plumbing) construction drawings for individual tenant spaces.

• Identify areas for concern with code compliance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of architectural experience.

• Retail experience preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently on tasks given.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under deadline pressure.

• Adaptability in shifting from one task to another as priorities shift.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work is performed in a typical office work environment using a PC.

• Travel may be required.
