Architectural Leasing Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Architectural Leasing Supervisor who will manage client lease plans, create architectural tenant documents, and assist in project administration. Strong attention to detail, along with outstanding communication skills are needed to work in a fast-paced setting on a variety of retail projects. 


  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and work well under quick deadline pressure. Including the ability to set priorities for the leasing team, multi-task, and delegate.

  • Assist in the coordination of completing architectural lease documents for assigned projects.

  • Update and send client bi-weekly lease plans per requested deliverables.

  • Reference architectural and structural construction documents to create architectural drawings for individual tenant spaces.

  • Identify areas for concern with code compliance.

  • Work with accounting department on creating monthly invoices.

  • Communicate directly with clients to receive work requests and return finished work in the time frame requested by the client.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

  • 3+ years of architectural experience.

  • Retail experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.



  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Highly organized.

  • Natural problem solver.

  • Ability to work independently on tasks given.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.



  • Work is performed in a typical office work environment using a PC.

  • Overtime may be required during times of heavy workload with very little notice.
