Designer
We are seeking a Designer with professional design experience, skills, creativity, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate will work with project team members, and have exceptional design, presentation, and rendering skills.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the completion of design documents for assigned projects.

Collaborate on project design concepts and ensure consistency with budgetary and time constraints.

Collaborate and coordinate with the Project Manager to develop design adjustments when needed.

Maintain the firm's standardized style for photorealistic and styled imagery for project implementation.

Participate in design strategy sessions and/or client meetings and presentations.

Work in a collaborative environment, including mentoring junior staff.

Communicate and coordinate with various consultants from different trades.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Professional degree in Architecture or related field.

3-5 years of architectural design experience.

Experience working in team settings and with consultants from various trades.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-
Strong people skills, and exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication abilities.

Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Proficient in rendering software including Enscape and/or Lumion.

Ability to problem-solve.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Team-based hybrid work environment (based on performance, hybrid work benefits may be available to new employees after 30 days).

Travel for site observation and meetings may be required.
