Nestled along five miles of pristine northern Lake Michigan shoreline is the one-of-a-kind Bay Harbor Village nestled featuring the Old Fishing Lodge, the Maritime Building, the Harbor Master Building and the Bay Harbor Office building. The combination of beautiful scenery and a diverse array of boutique shopping and restaurants turned Bay Harbor into a resort destination.

Award-winning vintners Brengman Brothers turned to JPRA for the careful design of their wine barn. Inspired by the elegant lines of a Leelanau Peninsula farmhouse, the site was designed to complement the 20-acre vineyard. It is a luxurious destination for wine lovers and wedding parties, featuring a tasting area, cozy seating, covered outdoor terrace, private event room.

This 107-room boutique hotel was conceived to offer a full-service restaurant and lounge, indoor pool and spa, retail space, underground parking, and a plaza facing the main street. The four-story design is inspired by the project’s location in the resort town’s Warehouse District.

Weber’s Inn is an upscale boutique hotel with a timeless German character. This refresh implemented clean lines, natural materials, and a forward-looking style with the grand, welcoming hotel entry. Interior finishes feature wood, stucco, stone and metal.

Carefully designed for guests to experience the ideal home away from home, this all-suite hotel provides an ideal haven for comfort for both business and leisure travelers.
