The reinvention at Fashion District Philadelphia features an eight-screen cinema anchoring the space formerly occupied by Burlington. Auditoriums have 100-200 seats, premium Dolby technology, and bistro-style food.

The Regal cinemas at Westfield Carlsbad were part of the repurposing of a dark-box which also includes four high-end restaurants, and a 24 Hour Fitness gym. The project required acoustic strategies to maximize the cinema experience, while blocking sound from neighboring tenants.

Palladium is a 12-screen cinema complex on two levels that replaced a department store on two prominent downtown corners. Full-height windows in each cinema lobby provide views to the street below. The façade design is aligned with adjacent urban properties using precast stone, clay tile roofs, and custom window and awning details
