DESTIN COMMONS

Long known as Northwest Florida’s premiere open-air lifestyle and entertainment center, the expansion added 125,000 sq ft of new retail space and a dining/entertainment hub. The fundamental nature of the expansion was based on the successes of the existing center, and it was designed to be fully integrated and coordinated. Destin Commons now offers more than 500,000 sq ft of retail space set on 56 acres with more than 90 stores, in addition to the existing 70,000 sq ft of existing Class A office space, and the 14-screen stadium style movie theater.
