As Vice President_Architecture, Louis is an experienced leader of the firm's technical studio. He serves as project architect/project manager on large retail and mixed-use projects, including leading teams for Fashion District Philadelphia and Springfield Town Center. With extensive experience in many disciplines of the architectural and engineering industry, Louis leads project teams, and oversees development of construction documents. He coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies throughout all phases of design and construction administration. Prior to joining JPRA, Louis specialized in the design and construction of municipal and educational architecture in southeast Michigan for a local firm. He is licensed in California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
