JPRA provided the site planning and design for the M1 Concourse on Woodward Avenue in the Motor City, home of the annual Woodward Dream Cruise.

M1, named for the famed Woodward Avenue’s state road designation, showcases collectors' cars via the 250 private, climate-controlled garages or "car condos" overlooking the 1.5-mile Champion Motor Speedway. Professional drivers rave about the high-quality track.
