The refresh is complete for the community-centered Manoa Marketplace in the Manoa Valley. With a goal of modernizing this popular neighborhood shopping center, new design elements were added to encourage family visits, improve pedestrian flow, and enhance seating.

The refresh created warm, friendly public-facing elements, including the exterior façade, renovating the 2nd level balconies and restrooms, and installing energy-efficient lighting throughout the six buildings on the property. In addition, new public amenities include a prominent central staircase (shown at the left of the rendering above), refreshed signage, expanded landscaping with water-efficient irrigation, EV parking stalls, and a family-friendly plaza with a keiki play area.
