JPRA served as Architect of Record for Michael Mina's Stripsteak restaurant and The Street food hall concept at International Market Place in Honolulu. Designed by Bishop Pass, the Stripsteak restaurant is part of the Michael Mina executive chef restaurant group as a joint venture with Taubman. From the design concept book: “Evoking the set of a James Bond movie, Stripsteak Waikiki is outfitted with seductive furnishings and eccentric art.”
The Street: A Michael Mina Social House was designed to emulate a cantina and feature 13 casual dining options with communal seating areas inside and out, including Maui Burger, Mindful Greens, and Ayesha Curry's International Smoke.
