The design of Somerset Collection provided a unique opportunity to bring together two projects, one new (Somerset North) and one renovated (Somerset South), by connecting them with a new 700-foot enclosed moving sidewalk bridging an eight-lane boulevard highway. Somerset Collection North created an entirely new 980,000 sq ft shopping center featuring 400,000 sq ft of tenant area on three levels, and a convenient 4,000-car four-level parking structure.
