SUE NEUMANN, AIA, LEED AP®

Sue oversees the planning segment of all JPRA projects and, as a result, much of her energy is focused on working with developers and major anchors in the resolution of site planning and related operating agreement issues. These efforts are combined with her expertise in building programming, zoning, and resolution of site-specific issues. Sue received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and her Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. Ms. Neumann joined JPRA Architects in 1995 and became a Registered Architect in the State of Michigan in 1997. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
