The Mall at University Town Center in Sarasota is western Florida’s premiere retail development. Taubman, in conjunction with Benderson Development developed the 880,000 sq. ft., two-level enclosed regional shopping center.
JPRA Architects viewed the project through the lens of an elegant shopping resort, to create a contemporary environment with fine shops lining a gently curving, barrel-vaulted streetscape punctuated by welcoming and stylish courtyards.
